I sent me Mercedes to Service King for repairs. When I picked up the car, Jon the representative did a walk through with me. As we are doing the walk through Jon explained that all repairs have lifetime warranty on the paint. As we inspect my car, Jon pointed out that the parts were replaced with includes the lower bumper cover, the chrome piece and reflector light. My 2009 Avenger was hit by a deer and my front end was totaled. These guys are awesome!!!! My car looked showroom new when I picked it up. I had never been in an accident before and they made the whole process easy!!!!!!!!! They are honest hardworking people great job!!!!!!!!!

I took my Jeep to Sterling Auto body for repairs to the hood of my Jeep. I was treated with professionalism and courtesy from the time I entered the door and left. The work was professional, detailed and flawless. I would like to specially thank Kim for constantly keeping in contact with me to let me know each step of the process. I was told that it would take up to five day but had it back within a couple of days. I would highly recommend using Sterling Auto body for future repairs. Sincerely, L Sims

Excellent experience. Service was done without delays and the paint matching was exceptional. All Seervice king employees were helpful courteous and really made me feel that quality service and the customers are important. when /Enterprise was uable to supply me with a rental they quckly had budget in as a viable substitue and took care of the chage with the insurance company. I recently posted my very bad initial experience with this location. Though I ended up escalating my issue, I will say they made a great recovery. They were very accommodating making sure once all details were made known to all parties involved, ownership was taken and my car looks great! I'm just SOOO happy that I am now satisfied with the results of the body work that I wanted to update my rating. My issue is now resolved and my image of how wonderful the company is has been restored. Thanks Autobody America once again!
