All members of the team from the general manager, receptionist, assessors and repair personnel were courteous, professional, with an upbeat and welcoming attitude. They were empathetic and transparent from start to finish. My car was impeccable. They replaced my side mirror (which included some electrical work) and they did some body work. It came back to me cleaned and polished! Highly recommend! They’re the best in the area!

Was advised to take my car here by AAA. Never got a full quote just that it is totaled but don't know if it is salvageable or what all is wrong with the vehicle. Asked to bring a independent shop over to assess vehicle to see if it is salvageable and can not do that either. So I have to have the vehicle towed to another shop at my cost and then pay for storage at this shop out of my pocket to even check if the vehicle is fixable/salvageable.
