Found through our car insurance. This place was amazing. They did a great job with my repair, they continuously called to advise us on the status and the car was cleaned before it was released to us. Very impressed with this shop!
I was so pleased with the customer service and the body work done on my car at Crash Champions. Keith, Mark and Tom were a pleasure to work with (despite the circumstances) and expedited my repairs to save me money on the rental car. My thanks to the entire team!
After a major pothole I was sent by the insurance to Crash Champion Alpharetta. They suggested and preformed four-wheel alignment and sent me away saying that the car is now safe to drive. I took it immediately (3 min down the road) to get a second opinion with BMW bimmers & mini and found out that the car is not safe to drive. BMW found damage to front strut and spindle and also damage to the left Strut. Insurance company apologize, approved and pay for the repair.
