After hitting a deer I dropped of my vehicle here as it was a preferred body shop according to my insurance. Upon leaving the vehicle I was told I would get a quote and estimate of completion time in a week. After almost two weeks I call and am told they should have an estimate in three days. I don't hear anything for three days so I call again and am again told three days. This song and dance goes on for almost 5 weeks.
