My wedding ring had a broken prong and after a couple attempts to get the right size setting, they were able to fix me up. I was extremely nervous about just leaving my ring there, so I asked if I could stay with it while it was fixed. They allowed me to go to their main office in Cool Springs (it is like Ft Knox with all the security) and sit with the guy that did the repair.
