HOT outside!!!! Air stopped working yesterday. Service ll had installed it 8 yrs ago. Called this AM. Left message. Was sure I was going to wait forever ( lots of air conditions stop in this heat!!). NOT!! Lois called me right back. Very nice & efficient. John arrived this AM & fixed within 40 mins. Working great. Great customer service. TY Service ll.

The Technicians that installed my furnace and AC unit did a great job and we're very courteous and professional during the install and clean up. They explained the complete operation of the units and the thermostat. I would recommend your company to all my friends and relatives. Thanks again for the good price. I have been in the construction trade for 56 years and know quality when it's done.
