Since writing the 1* review below they got back to me and remedied some of the problems. The fact they were concerned enough to contact me was why I re-reviewed. I recently had this organisation update my solar system. The job was never really completed properly. In the end I found another solar specialist to complete it who kept me up to date.
Contacted Service Heroes booked in an urgent job that day between 10-12pm. No one turned up no one contacted me and tenant had been waiting all day for the plumber. Contacted them 2 days later. Mary took a while to get an update and just gave me the 'plumber resigned' excuse. Apologised that they couldnt get anyone out and suggested i 'call someone else'...terrible service. I understand it is difficult to get workers but dont book jobs if you cant fulfil them!!
Amazing Service !!!!
We have two dogs so its always an issue when people come over when they bark run around. But these guys were great with them! Made the whole exoperience very easy.
