Our A/C had a minor issue that created an error on the thermostat control panel. The technician that came out, Christopher, was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He very clearly explained to us where the issue was and what was causing it. He not only fixed this issue, but made sure the unit was fully functional hereafter with several additional tests, allowing us to move forward with the ease of mind that this issue was finally resolved. (He was also very pleasant to chat with and great with dogs!)
Christopher G. Came to do our air and furnace maintenance today. Wow, the BEST customer service ever! He took his time and explained everything he was doing. Very thorough and what a nice guy! I would highly recommend service genius and ask for Christopher G.!!!
My 31 year old a/c unit was leaking carbon monoxide and not working well. Service Genius installed a new heat pump unit, replaced the old ducts, and installed new vents in both bathrooms. They were polite, tidy, and overall wonderful to work with. Absolutely no hidden costs, and I can’t recommend them highly enough.
Tony is amazing. He is professional, respectful and an expert in his field. He manages his crew well and ensures that the workspace is safe and clean and that the property is protected from accidental damage. FIVE STARS!
Wanted better air flow so Tony came to my house to add another return. Great guy and did an amazing job despite the attic having limited space. Was quick, efficient and clean. Nice cool flowing air conditioning coming out of my vents!
