Marcelo came out and absolutely saved me from the HOA. We had multiple other techs who came out and couldnt even diagnose the problem. My primary condensation line was clogged up, and the way it was installed was hard to find. Marcelo came out, quickly found where it was, and flushed it right out. Now the HOA won't be on my back for staining the drive way and I will be looking for Marcelo every time I need HVAC help going forward.
Service genius is very thorough and take photos of everything. Jacob was super knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything and had a nice smile. He even took his time to meet the crazy dog who came around to him .
