Marcelo came out and absolutely saved me from the HOA. We had multiple other techs who came out and couldnt even diagnose the problem. My primary condensation line was clogged up, and the way it was installed was hard to find. Marcelo came out, quickly found where it was, and flushed it right out. Now the HOA won't be on my back for staining the drive way and I will be looking for Marcelo every time I need HVAC help going forward.

Instead of a review, let's call this a report card. In January a man knocked on my door. He was there from Service Genius to let me know that the LADWP and the South Coast AQMD "GO ZERO" program had amazing rebates I could take advantage of. With a $12,500 rebate from one, and a $3,000 rebate from the other, they would install a brand new, state of the art mini-split AC/Heat Pump system that ordinarily cost $15,900... FOR JUST $400!! My strongest recommendation is to choose SERVICE GENIUS HEATING and AIR if you want honest, efficient, capable, people to show up and save the day! Our nightmare started with a company "American Heating and Air". We were not told obvious things that were wrong and contributing to our problems. DO NOT choose them as they were not honest or helpful in any way!! They just pushed for a new system, to replace the one that is only 5 yrs old.
