Service Genius was very professional and helpful every step of the way! They were able to negotiate a better deal than the competitors and they did an amazing job! Andres Henriquez did a great job and was very professional. Highly recommend these guys!
Our A/C had a minor issue that created an error on the thermostat control panel. The technician that came out, Christopher, was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He very clearly explained to us where the issue was and what was causing it. He not only fixed this issue, but made sure the unit was fully functional hereafter with several additional tests, allowing us to move forward with the ease of mind that this issue was finally resolved. (He was also very pleasant to chat with and great with dogs!)
Christopher G. Came to do our air and furnace maintenance today. Wow, the BEST customer service ever! He took his time and explained everything he was doing. Very thorough and what a nice guy! I would highly recommend service genius and ask for Christopher G.!!!
My 31 year old a/c unit was leaking carbon monoxide and not working well. Service Genius installed a new heat pump unit, replaced the old ducts, and installed new vents in both bathrooms. They were polite, tidy, and overall wonderful to work with. Absolutely no hidden costs, and I can’t recommend them highly enough.
Marcelo of Service Genius came out to repair my AC unit this morning. Not only was he on time but was very knowledgeable and efficient and diagnosed my problem and fixed it immediately. Marcelo was also extremely pleasant! I highly recommend Service Genius!
