My 31 year old a/c unit was leaking carbon monoxide and not working well. Service Genius installed a new heat pump unit, replaced the old ducts, and installed new vents in both bathrooms. They were polite, tidy, and overall wonderful to work with. Absolutely no hidden costs, and I can’t recommend them highly enough.
I have no idea as to the quality of Service Genius services as they never showed up. I emphasized that I very much wanted maintenance service on our unit before we went out of town on an early Friday morning, so they set up a window of 12-4pm on the Thursday before. Great! Thursday arrives and at around 1 pm that day, I received a call that they would have to push the window to 2-5 PM. 5 PM passed and no one showed up, nor did I receive any call or explanation. Wanted better air flow so Tony came to my house to add another return. Great guy and did an amazing job despite the attic having limited space. Was quick, efficient and clean. Nice cool flowing air conditioning coming out of my vents!
Today, I had Service Genius come to my sister's home, due to an issue with a new AC that had been installed.I had 2 service men that were polite, efficient and very personable.I didn't get one of the mens name but Ray was amazing! After they fixed the issue, Ray was able to have a fee waived for sister and he asked" while I am here, is there anything else I can help with"?
