Service Gem Events did an amazing job at our wedding! The staff was professional, hardworking, and kept everything running smoothly throughout the night. They were attentive to guests, quick with cleanup, and helped make the reception feel seamless and organized. Their team allowed us and our families to fully enjoy the evening without worrying about logistics. We are so grateful for all of their help and highly recommend them for any wedding or event!
We used Service Gem to bartend at my daughter's wedding. Honestly, this was such an easy experience! Simple communication on what we needed/wanted. They showed up and were set up before I even knew they were there! Thanks so much for making this part of the wedding reception something I didnt even have to think about!

Hard to reach, emailed them a lot with no response. Gave us only one bartender when we paid for two. Bartender was rude to my guests at my wedding - heard from multiple people. (I'm sure they were overworked and frustrated since there were supposed to be two of them). Wouldn't recommend, not reliable for a wedding.
