We used Service Gem to bartend at my daughter's wedding. Honestly, this was such an easy experience! Simple communication on what we needed/wanted. They showed up and were set up before I even knew they were there! Thanks so much for making this part of the wedding reception something I didnt even have to think about!

Hard to reach, emailed them a lot with no response. Gave us only one bartender when we paid for two. Bartender was rude to my guests at my wedding - heard from multiple people. (I'm sure they were overworked and frustrated since there were supposed to be two of them). Wouldn't recommend, not reliable for a wedding.

We hired servers for our wedding from Service Gem Events and they were truly incredible! They were so attentive, finding ways that they could help around to make the wedding and cleanup go smoothly. Would highly recommend this company for any of your event needs!
