Stephen Gagliardo made the recall service on my Jeep a comfortable experience. He explained the details of the recall and the approximate service completion time. He also provided transportation for me from the dealership and back to the dealership so that I did not have to wait the few hours the recall service took. He was very courteous and notified me upon completion of the recall service and arranged to have me picked up and returned to the dealership. The service advisor Chris was very professional and did a great job of communicating every step of the way. The service was performed quickly and I'm totally satisfied with the entire service process.
Excellent and responsive service. Left my Jeep with them while heading out of town for a week, and they were right on time and upfront with all needed repairs. Provided detailed quote and options for services to perform or to decline. Will be back for all future service
