Do not go with the service first company. They do not fix things in a timely manner and will do whatever they can take your money. If you expect any leniency they will not give any.
Do not fill out an application for this place, it is a scam. The property has been on the market for months just so they can collect the non refundable application fees.
Where should I start? I’d give 0 stars if I could. I recommend you don’t go here. I recommend you sleep in your car. The sidewalk is also a viable option. We moved into table rock apartments and moved back out in less than 3 days. The parking lot and grounds are filthy and it only gets worse from there. you will quickly find that not only is the inside dirty and unkempt and in varying levels of deterioration but also that you will be sharing your meals with the infestation of roaches. Don't bother trying to move this company likes to trap you, and also I can't move out due to my lease even though I feel unsafe around my current neighbors, they will nickel and di.e you for literally EVERYTHING!!! RUNAWAY SERIOUSLY!!!! I've never lived somewhere where I actually feel like I'm a prisoner being held captive.
