Francisco was amazing in helping us over the phone address an issue that we were afraid would end up with our whole floor gutted. On the contrary, it was something pretty simple that he was able to guide us through over the phone and without his help we would’ve been clueless. In the future, if anything does happen, Francisco is definitely our guy!
4th time was the charm! After several terrible experiences and waisted money on patchwork fixes over the past 2 years from other AC repair companies. Jason from Service First came along. He put in the time and effort to give me a professional and accurate diagnosis with a clear path on how to move forward. I went from thinking I’d have to do a full replacement to a more simple “flare leak” fix and a cleaning. Only AC repair I will use in the future.

I called Service First and will be calling them from now on for all my heating and cooling needs. I had another heating company (Area Heating and Cooling) come to my house and diagnose the furnace problem. The estimate they gave to replace the inducer motor was insane!
