I have used Dan for about 20 years. I have a washer and dryer set from 1988 that he keeps ticking good as new. Dan has replaced mother board in my oven 2x, replaced parts in dishwasher and other items over the years. Dan is why I don’t need a home shield. His prices are customary and reasonable. He shows up when he is scheduled and doesn’t replace things that don’t need replacing. Thank you, Dan.

on 1/7/2015 Dan with service request came out to work on our dryer that was not heating properly. i told him that it had gone out in 2009 and it seemed to be same problem. He turned on dryer and took off exhaust hose and said see nothing wrong with it that is just that it is clogged in vent. he said clean out vents and call him back if I still have problem. My Amana Radar Range microwave oven is about 30 years old and is a one piece unit. It still looks and works great and I love it. On April 1, 2014, I placed a service call on the microwave unit through American Home Shield (AHS). The timer and the #9 keys were not working.
