Great customer service !
Very disappointing service. I paid $100 for a service call, and the technician ultimately only closed a vent. The technician was clearly in a rush and told me that he had already spent too much time there. He DID NOT inspect the inside of the fan coil or investigate the issue thoroughly. Instead, I was simply told that I needed to replace the thermostat, at a cost of $465 + tax. Water was leaking from my Mom's air conditioning unit. Marco came out to fix it. He was an excellent technician . He cleared the leak fast and clearly knew the unit inside and out. Professional, knowledgeable, and put my mind at ease. Highly recommend Zorzitec, and ask for Marco if you can
