The office manager was the worst part of the experience. Not only was she rude over the phone and talked over the CUSTOMER the entire phone conversation - she also then went to work and told every employee “about me”. And I know this because more than one employee stated “oh I’ve heard about you.” The most unprofessional female I’ve ever had the least amount of pleasure talking to. Nick on the other hand was great. He deserves a raise.

If you value your sanity, health and that of your family’s I would stay as far away from this business as humanly possible. They “ fixed “ our AC, which was not the case. The owner had to come back and do the correct replacement, while that first tech didn’t do their job & they also blew a one of our breakers in the electrical panel. It’s been less than 2 months and it is out again.

I just started chemo and being in a hot house makes my nausea so much worse. The owner went out of his way to get a part and install it before temperatures got to 80 degrees the next day. He’s is also a really nice guy. Great service and communication all around!

Great experience! Mike showed up on time and even waited outside in the rain for me to arrive home. Previous companies told me I needed a whole new system but Mike quickly diagnosed the issue and explained what was going on. Compared to the “replace it all” quote, service express was a fraction of the price not to mention fixed in the same day. Kudos to Mike and his knowledge of reprogramming my zone controller.

His name is Mike and he has done an awesome job getting my heat back on within 10mins nice and quick and well respectful.. if you can give this company a try i promise you won’t regret it!!!!
