Great experience! Mike showed up on time and even waited outside in the rain for me to arrive home. Previous companies told me I needed a whole new system but Mike quickly diagnosed the issue and explained what was going on. Compared to the “replace it all” quote, service express was a fraction of the price not to mention fixed in the same day. Kudos to Mike and his knowledge of reprogramming my zone controller.

His name is Mike and he has done an awesome job getting my heat back on within 10mins nice and quick and well respectful.. if you can give this company a try i promise you won’t regret it!!!!

Mike has now came out to fix my heating unit on two different occasions for two totally different reasons and both times he got my heat back up and running, doing so quickly. He is very freindly and answers any questions that may come up.

I consider myself very lucky to have found Service Express through a builder referral. I have lived in Lexington for 40 years and knew all the big names. But Service Express has proved to be the best, most competent, quickest, fairest company I have found. They aren't looking for your money; they are looking to provide quality service at a fair price. If you need HVAC assistance, call their number and ask for Tara. The very best. You will not be sorry.

Just hire them. You won’t regret it. MIKE IS THE BEST. He is honest and explains exactly what is going on in a simple way. Fayette heating and air told me I needed to replace both units( 35k) and he came over and took care of the issue for 200 bucks. This company is honest and trustworthy, they do the best for the customer. I am converted.
