Had a great experience with them. Mike and Yusuf visited my home and serviced the vents and ac coil. They explained the whole process clearly. Spent a good 3.5 hours covering all areas. Extremely professional and friendly. I highly recommend them.
We had them come out for the $74 dryer vent cleaning...They were quick to decide that we needed a deep cleaning which would cost $600 and possibly acid being poured down the dryer vent… We declined the service and after them leaving the dryer in which was not a problem would not dry the clothes. Called another company and they came out and pulled a lot of lint out of dryer vents- that I had paid this company to clean.
They’re quick to take your money. Yet when there’s a problem they give you the runaround and never show up. Exactly a month ago I had service for my dryer vent cleaning. I now have a wet dryer even when not in use for days. Yes, stuff happens. Then you should call instead of wasting my time waiting around. TWICE already, no call no show. I will never recommend anyone with this company.
Well unfortunately i am giving a 1 star because of the service I didn’t receive from BEFORE even starting the job. I had a man come out to give me an estimate on having my ducts cleaned, he also suggested to change the registers. I asked to have that as an option because i was paying for that out of my pocket ( i was paying all of it but my landlord was only reimbursing me for the cleaning). Excellent service and great customer service experience. This is the 2nd time i called them for AC service and exceeded my expectations. Not only that, they came in to check on it very quickly after the call and price is very reasonable. Techs are very friendly and kind. Thank you guys! I highly recommend them!
