After some initial confusion, my 2004 Lexus was serviced by ASE and I'm very pleased with the results. Given the nature of the repairs, the cost was very reasonable (parts and labor), the service was friendly and they quickly resolved an issue when the car was delivered after repair. I took my high mileage car in one day and explained how the coolant leak, as well as a gasket leaking oil, was the result of having a repair at another local car repair shop. Rather than go back and have another inferior job done, I let John and his crew replace the water pump and oil pan gaskets. They even added a couple of power steering hose clamps at no additional charge. This repair was months ago and I'm still enjoying the drip-free experience. I highly recommend the Auto Service Experts!
