Sean notified us that he was coming at 8:15am and arrived on time. He entered through the front door and wore covering on his shoes. I mentioned that our humidifier needed possible attention and he checked it out and adjusted it. He checked the entire air conditioning unit out and swept out any dust or dirt. Sean is a very nice young man.

Called Geisel, furnace not working they came out on a Sunday am and he showed up looked at the furnace and told me that it looked ok but he said that the breaker could be bad or the wire from the electrical panel. So went got a new breaker put it in and tried it no luck. Back to HD got wire ran new wire in a finished off basement so now a big mess. And still don't work. Called them back and they said they can come out until Tuesday and this is Sunday in this heat. And they said there would be another service fee for coming o... read more

Steve did a really great job! He was very through and took care of everything that needed to be done. He was very pleasant. So thank you Steve for getting an old ladies air back on!

What a terrible company!!!! Geisel or service experts did a sewer line repair for us and we're supposed to come back to clean up the pile of dirt fix my yard and pour a cement pad that was removed during this process. 18 months later they finely schedule someone a couple weeks back then nothing. My next phone call will be the BBB and the city.
