Marvel was awesome and efficient
Marvel, our service expert technician was excellent! We were having problems with our hvac that shut off during one of the hottest days in August. Marvel was able to get us up and running in no time. Turns out our condensing line was badly plugged with algae and that shut down the whole system. Marvel took the time to explain to us the problem and what to look out for in the future. In the future, we will be asking for Marvel for our next service maintenance appointment!
Our service Technician; "Marvel" was beyond excellent,- he was Marvelous! ! ! We would like him to be our ongoing Tech,- if at all possible! . . .Service Experts Rocks! Our HVAC System had failed,- Marvel cleaned-out our HVAC System (Repeatedly!),- until we had clear, free-flowing water draining properly (picture attached)! In addition, Marvel checked-out & did a complete diagnosis to HVAC System; making sure everything was fully functional,- including documentation, pics & filter changing.
