I am a former customer of Service Experts Memphis . Do yourself a favor and do a deep Google dive about this company " Service Experts Complaints " do not rely on these Google reviews . Their Service Techs give you a piece of paper asking for positive reviews . June 2013 I hired Service Experts to install a New Lennox Elite Heat pump , the Techs were 1.5 hours late for the scheduled appointment . They were at my house from 10:00am till 1:00 am. Dak was very timely and professional servicing my system.
David Morgan serviced our Lennox system. He was on time, and I was notified by text that he was on his way. He was very polite and did everything we asked, including bringing a new filter for our unit. We appreciated David’s efforts. Thank you!
