Our A/C went out today (technically yesterday, it's early morning now). We made an appointment for an 8 PM to midnight window that I couldn't believe I could find on a Saturday! I got the email confirmation and then never heard anything else. It's now after midnight, too late to take some family up on the offer to drive out of town to their place for the night, and I never heard a thing from these guys about my appointment other than the auto-generated confirmation. Courtavius Coleman responded about an hour after call to resolve a problem with thermostat for HVAC unit. He was very professional and thorough in his solution to the problem and stayed in touch even though I had to leave the premises.

Had to replace a heat pump damaged by a storm and Service Experts Memphis provided me with a same day quote and performed the install the next day after I accepted their proposal. Ruston was very professional during the installation and was very thorough. They were very reasonably priced. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to others.
