My experience so far has been great. When I called they scheduled and came out quickly. Danny was great at explaining what he was doing/ looking for. I feel like I have finally found a trustworthy company to help me around my house!

Two men arrived for a standard twice yearly AC maintenance. I was told my equipment had some built up mold and that I could upgrade my UV light setup with a better program. The new equipment was not a purchase, but a 10 year lease without a reasonable exit plan. Anyone signing up is locked into paying thousands if they need to sell their home. After discovering a pretty good leak coming down from our A/C unit in the attic last night, I was able to set up an appointment today. We got a good deal on a brand new unit. The staff was very understanding and all around great guys…..AND The best part is that it’s going to be installed tomorrow morning.

Our technician was courteous and extremely capable. But this is not reflective of the comany. They are anything but customer-centric . When we purchased our expensive water filtration system through them, we were promised annual maintenance. No one said, "it's up to you to require it." We should be receiving an email, postcard or reminder call annually to schedule. They get away with not providing service by putting responsibility solely on the customer to demand it.
