I recently had an HVAC service appointment with Service Experts. The technicians themselves were excellent—professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They explained everything clearly and did a solid job. However, I have serious concerns about the sales side of the experience. There was a strong push to sign up for a service agreement, but it was not clearly disclosed that these agreements can lock you in for up to 10 years.
