Outstanding the both techs were great and professional and great attention to detail
Ellis was great. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.
I had technician Ellis out to my house today and he was very professional, knowledgeable and honest. He found the issue and saved me alot of money. I had the company that put the conditioner in 2 years ago and he didn't know what he was doing. Service Experts is a wonderful l company and Ellis is a great addition to their team. Thank you!!
We have had great service but the last 2 years it seems that they are more focused on selling us new things than doing the paid maintenance. Just this week they tried to sell us a new uv system when they just installed the old one 2 years ago. Saying that it's not good enough only to find out the the bulb was burnt and not working as it should have. The 2nd time it had to be replaced since they installed it.
Ellis is da man!!!!! Thank you Service Experts!! He fixed it all!!!! Have a happy and safe 4th!
