The so called project manager was very rude and pushy basically telling us that we didn't know anything when though we had sat there when the unit had been installed. They insisted we spend 10 grand on a new unit and that we needed to spend an additional 10 grand on mold remediation even though we had a home inspection a week earlier which mentioned nothing about mold. They're crooked and scam artists

We have a service contract where we pay monthly and they are to come do maintenance. We have scheduled maintenance 3 times since March and 2 times they canceled and now today, the 3rd, the window in which they are to arrive has passed and no show. On Friday when they canceled the 2nd time I asked for a manager and was told one wasnt available but would call me first thing Monday. It is now a Wednesday no call and I just called and was told ok will let manager know you are waiting for a call. Absolutely unacceptable!

Farad did a great job keeping the work area neat and clean; very thorough in his servicing of the HVAC system. Also helped me set up account to pay for uv light. I have peace of mind with the advantage plan that any repairs/servicing and filters are covered in monthly payment. Also serve experts understand that not everyone has money set aside for major HVAC repairs and offers financing directly through them, cutting out the middleman.

I had a great experience with this company today. My technician, Damian, was fantastic. He was extremely polite, respectful, and professional from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the job was completed correctly. Damian is clearly very knowledgeable in his field and provided excellent service. I definitely recommend him for any AC needs!
