Absolutely unacceptable experience with Service Experts Cleveland. I received multiple notifications confirming a plumber would arrive at a certain date and time for an urgent toilet issue involving sewer odor and an improperly replaced toilet. No one came to my home, no one called, and no work was performed. Yet I received a “job completed” notification with a claim number and survey, even though nobody ever entered my house.
