Llovani Arila was very polite and answered all or concerns an questions, but he kept trying to get us to get new AC.
Im done with this company. I first used Calverley over 10 years ago and back then received pretty good service for a good price. At some point in time it appears Calverley was bought out by Service Experts which is apparently milking the good reputation of Calverley to the last drop. My experience this morning convinced me that Im done with them for good.I own a house and two rent homes. My experience with Calverley was awful. The service man was polite and knowledgeable and diagnosed the capacitor problem in short order. He then quoted a price of \$250.00 for the replacement capacitor. I questioned the price but since it was 100 degrees out I gave the OK. I went to the internet to confirm the capacitor charge and to my amazement found it for a low of \$24.00 to a high of \$79.00. In my opinion, this is rip off in its finest form. Time to file a complaint!

Placed a request for heater repair on Dec 25 for repair on Dec 26. Called at 8:00 AM to confirm appointment and was instructed the Tech would be in contact with me between eight and eleven AM. I still have not heard from the tech (12:00 noon) and after three calls to the office no one can tell me when they will be here or if it will be today or not. Customer service is not something this company is willing to provide.

The salesman for this company told us that we would get at tax credit this year if we purchased a new unit. He did not tell us that the 14 seer was not going to be big enough to get the credit. Our neighbor had a unit put in one month later and it was a 16 seer. The company that sold her the unit explained to her that you had to purchase a 16 seer or higher to get the credit. Calverley needs to care about their customers more and not the all might dollar. Now we are out 8800 and no tax credit. Thank...
