Isaiah was the mechanic that arrived at my home to perform my annual ac maintenance. His appearance was excellent, he was very polite and he performed his job in a professional manner. Roland J Downs is lucky to have him as an employee!
Randy arrived promptly and ready to work. I was having issues with my plumbing. He was able to diagnose and resolve the issue right away. I was very impressed with his kind, courteous service. This is the third time I using these guys, and they continue to impress!!
Had issue with bent furnace cabinet discovered 3 months after new furnace install when filter change due. Contacted Roland J. Down and Regina, in office was caring and a good listener and empathetic to the problem. Dontrail, I believe a manager, promptly set up appointment for me to have it fixed. Dale and Zhairon, technicians, were also great! Polite and knowledgeable, with a little ingenuity mixed in the problem solved. I’ve used Roland J. Down for 30 years and will continue to use them. No charge for fixing the issue.
