Adam found a clever way to jury-rig the system, because the needed part (a new control board) was not immediately available. As a result, we had heat to get us through the coldest days of the year, while awaiting the arrival of the new board. Many thanks.

Rather than say good morning, Dale brushed by me and said "I didn't recognize the name, but when I saw the house I realized that I see your house in my nightmares. " Very rude, this guy, as usual. Since he had the same kind of rudeness before, I decided to put cameras in for recording audio and video to show to corporate. After his rude remarks this time, I told him he was being recorded.
