My service Rep Austin and Michael were great - very professional and personable!
We had a maintenance appointment scheduled this week for our AC unit. The office kept us up to date as to when we could expect the technicians to arrive. The technicians then called when they were on their was with an ETA. They arrived on time, introduced themselves and got to work. Both were very polite and professional. One assisted me in programming the new thermostat we got during the winter for the warmer season settings.
