1.) Don't rip out a garden to install an air conditioner. 2.) If the new airconditioner is going to be three times the size of the previous one Let The Customer Know Beforehand. 3.) When I decided to give the benefit of the doubt and made an appointment to see if you could move the air conditioner a few feet back so that I could have a few flowers in my back yard, you stood me up. If you make an appointment with someone, honor it.

PLEASE READ! This is my neighbors home! TML totally screwed up her new addition. They are now ignoring calls even though they are aware of the problem and say they fired the employees. I had TML come out and install two supply lines from the existing furnace into the small addition I built. When I called the salesman never came out to look at the job at all, he said it was such a small job they would just charge time and material. The two techs came out, one sat in the van, the other did the work. When it was all said and do... read more

When I called the salesman never came out to look at the job at all, he said it was such a small job they would just charge time and material. The two techs came out, one sat in the van, the other did the work. When it was all said and done they were there for one hour total. I later got a bill in the mail for $1200 dollars, all it said on the bill was time and materials, nothing was broken down, no hours for the worker... read more

I moved into a new home that had an HVAC installed by TML. I smelled ash from the first day we moved in. I called TML to come assess the situation and the repair man spent 15 min in my house and told me nothing was wrong and billed me $86. A few days later I took my cell phone a simply looked behind the HVAC system and found a coal shoot door that has not been sealed when they installed the system. It was creating a backdraft that smelled like ash every time the system turned on. So I borrowed a dry vac and vacuumed the pile... read more

I had my furnace tune up done and the motor needed a capacitor. TML charged me $112 for the capacitor which if you were to purchase from Amazon is less than 8$ including shipping. There are other places like McCombs where you can get for less than 6$ including shipping. It is exactly the same part that i got. I dont mind paying more but 14X higher sounds like a big rip off. Too naive to have thought such a thing can happen.😱
