I see other review saying that they didn't inform people of turning power off in advance. Cannot even go out/in due to blocked the road. Company should do better.
Come to the neighborhood to do work and dont tell people in advance of cutting power for THREE HOURS on a 100+ degree day. Not only has this impacted my workday, but has also caused me to have to move my pets with no ability to pre-plan where to take them. Absolutely unacceptable.
