First of all, I called two other electrical services and neither one even answered their phone, but Service Detectives did. The CSR said she would find out when Jason could be here, called a short time later to say when Jason would be here (within 2 hours), and called me at least one other, maybe two more times to tell me when to expect him. I had a short in my old homes electrical system so I contacted Service Detectives. They were able to come the next morning and they checked the system. Jason then proceeded to tell me what I needed done and wrote it all down in order of what needed to be done. He also gave me options on payment methods. He was very knowledgeable, explained everything so I could understand, never tried to push anything on me, highly recommended this company.
Chad and Skylar just finished tearing out all our H/VAC ducts. The ducts were filthy and now we have new clean and much more efficient ducts . The old ones were inefficient . These young men were quiet, professional and diligent workers . They even cleaned up their mess ! Wow really appreciate their good work. Highly recommend them for H/VAC problems. 👍🏻😁

Fast, friendly, clean and professional. Two things I love about them. First, they show up on time, every time. Second, they've found potential problems and often fix them on the spot with parts from their truck, even when it's replacing a breaker for an old breaker panel. (Oh, yeah! They also recommend improvements and provide estimates without any pressure.)

He was extremely professional and explained everything in detail. From the first call to the moment Chad left our experience was outstanding.
