I just came in for my 6 month service (oil change, tire rotation, etc.). I got the maintenance plan, and its attached to your VIN, so its all easily documented, and easy to use. These are some of the kindest people i've ever met in my entire life. I needed something from my car and they drove it up for me like a valet service. They also had some nice snacks, drinks, and coffee while waiting. I highly recommend service here.
