Wonderful service experience as always at Kenosha Toyota! Had our 3rd oil change/tire rotation on our Highlander and a few potential warranty items to look at a couple of weeks ago. Our service advisor, Chris, was excellent – kept us informed throughout & solved one issue for us with rear view mirror before even sending it to service! I Will never do business in this dealership, very sloppy work . Had my truck serviced and had to go back because they forgot to put the engine cover and chemical residue in my windshield and body paint of the truck from the fuel system service performed and they denied accountability
