This review is a long time coming! We last had service completed at the beginning of August, and it would have been easy to let the review slide at this point, but the folks at Kenosha Toyota took such great care of us and our Highlander that I just have to give credit where credit is (over)due! We drove up from Chicago to have routine service done on a Friday afternoon, but due to completely insane traffic delays along the way, an hour long trip turned into three. paid $2000 for repossesion fees and didnt get truck back to find out it was not my vehicle and have a second one someone purchared in my name and lost fees, vehicle, trust, time, worthiness over so much money, time and dedication and missing location and wrong vin number and was not in repossion and cant locate my vehchile now
I went in for a tire rotation and some minor car repairs. They were able to get me in for repairs the next day and at an affordable price. Gabe was an awesome service rider. He was so positive and kept me informed.
