Michelle in customer service is the worst. Calls and texts non stop and I'm not even a customer. Try telling her this but it did not compute. So if you want incompetent service this is your place!!! &
Needs Some Work Premise that leads me to a good Mechanic: I took my car to the Toyota dealership. The Dealership apparently has bad listening skills, apparently its selective. I told the dealer tech that my brakes were providing a rubbing sound after they installed my new brake pads and rotors like they were tight. In addition, I heard a "swishing sound" coming from the front brake pads when I applied the brakes, which I fixed by recapping the cap on brake fluid, which fixed the problem and took it to jiffy lube for a brake ... read more

I took my car to the dealer and they fixed everything on the motor and all the sensors but now is making some noise every time I hit the gas. I don’t know where that came from but when I took it in, it wasn’t making noise. I test the car for a whole day and a noise still there My service advisor is Jose Rodriguez. He did a good job, but I think whoever was test driving the car. They hear the noise too.
I've been bringing my car to this service center for years and I am always impressed. The team is so kind and respectful. I will always bring my car here because I know I can trust them to fix things right the first time. I'm always a lobby waiter, and I've never had to wait more than an hour and a half for anything. Highly recommend!
