I paid $50,000 cash for my 2024 4runner and have only owned it for less than a year and it is still under warranty. They refuse to replace a weather striping above my passenger widow that keeps flying off. So much for a 3 years/36,000 mile warranty. Even Google says they will most likely replace it if under warranty, but not this Toyota dealer. This sucks this truck is brand new to me. They literally word for word told me to "just put some tape on it".
Hometown Toyota service: trustworthy, competent, and good customer service from the service advisors
Always been happy. Getting checked out after being told car is done. Longer wait than expected.
Always helpful!
