Ashley is just about the nastiest person working customer service we've ever had the displeasure to come across. The way in which she thinks she can talk to customers with the snottiest tone and be wildly passive aggressive is UNREAL. My first vehicle came from Gettel as a teenager. I have been a customer for decades. I’m also a disabled Marine war veteran. Your company paid thousands of dollars to install an electric vehicle charger, to encourage people to buy electric cars from you. To get them in the waiting room while charging, to sell them a car. Chargers are listed online. Not being able to charge can leave you broken down on the side of the road, requiring a thousand dollar tow. Two visits (Oil change/Tire rotation and warranty replacement of a special order piece of trim) to this Service Department so far and both great 5 star experiences. From the greeting on arrival to the service writer Rancel to the technicians working on the vehicle everything is top notch. Great quality work and car was returned as clean as it was when I handed it off. The turnaround was as quick as promised. This dealership shows how great service can be!
