Avoid the service department. I brought my Jeep patriot in to the dealership specifically because the website claims this place to be a professional, high-quality auto repair service. I’m leaving this place -$160 with the same issue I came in with. They will charge you a 150 diagnosis fee for a 30 minute check of your vehicle and the 150 will not go towards your service if you decide to have it done.
