The Subaru service, is very light on the customer service side of the equation. When they set up an appointment, they don’t tell you that it’s an all day event. Feels like it’s customer service 101 to set expectations in these scenarios. They give you a morning appointment not telling you that they booked a lot of people at the same time. This may be standard operating procedure for most service departments, but still communication would be nice. I wasted an entire day and had to leave early because of other appointments.
Purchased 2013 Forester from Continental in 2012 and have been regular service and tire customer ever since. Two glitches in almost 12 years, both handled extremely well. I have been very happy with their good service, efforts to only recommend what's really needed, and with their personal attention. Highly recommend!! For additional perspective, I have history of working in a service department, and grew up with family owning dealership. I have high standards and am picky. To the service department, THANK YOU!
