Always a great service! The team was friendly, got me in and out promptly today, and completely resolved the issues with my vehicle. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Definitely my go-to for Subaru service.

The Subaru service department quality has been declining. Today, they just proved they can reach even LOWER than acceptable. Pushing the responsibility away and only want to charge you more. Not just that. When you get your paperwork from their shop, make sure you READ what da F they type into the paperwork. They are below grade for honesty and quality. Maybe they get bonus base on their sales for repair and service? Note: This is JUST the service department. Their salesman was nice at least from my last visit.

The Subaru service, is very light on the customer service side of the equation. When they set up an appointment, they don’t tell you that it’s an all day event. Feels like it’s customer service 101 to set expectations in these scenarios. They give you a morning appointment not telling you that they booked a lot of people at the same time. This may be standard operating procedure for most service departments, but still communication would be nice. I wasted an entire day and had to leave early because of other appointments.
