Scheduled a warranty service that I had been waiting for over a year. They never called to tell me the parts were available but promised they were being held for me this time. Fantastic service from the Ford Mobile Service team. Scheduling was quick and Austin did great work with a recall inspection and explaining the situation. He even completed a courtesy inspection, fluid top off, and software update.
Preface by saying I bought my 2023 Maverick here and thanks to Chris had a great buying experience. The mis-named "service" department, on the other hand.... After 2 years my Mav developed the dreaded Battery Saver Mode issue, a problem Ford has been chasing for years now without a solution. I took mine in 3x to Woody Anderson after a series of BSM notices - each time they found the battery discharged, recharged it and sent me on my way, after an average of 4 hour wait each time.
