I waited until I had my car back to leave this review. Unfortunately, my experience with the service department at Ken Garff Volkswagen Gilbert was extremely frustrating, primarily because of the lack of communication. I originally had my 2019 Jetta serviced for an A/C issue at the end of June. About two months later, the A/C began having problems again, shortly after my CPO warranty expired on August 1. They were on time and took care of me. Oil change and tire rotation with overall inspection, done quickly.
As far as I can tell, everything was done well as far as the service goes. I like the automatic alerts on the phone to keep customers apprised as to the status as the time goes on. Service advisor. Kaitlyn was very nice and helpful. No complaints.
Had battery go out, it was under warranty. They replaced and it was washed and ready to go in no time. Very pleased
