Eric Gomez was the service manager that assisted me with the noise in the back tires. He was very knowledgeable and responsive. I had my truck back in just a couple days! Highly recommend
I was pretty disappointed when I received my phone call regarding my Ranger today. My spark plugs needed to be replaced due to misfires and oil in the spark plug tube. This was due to a leak that will be covered under the warranty. Ford is trying to charge me a diagnostic fee snd spark plug replacement fee and recommends an injection cleaning and engine filter replacement due to possible carbon buildup. These plugs were changed at a Ford service location before I purchased the vehicle. These spark plugs only lasted 17k miles... read more

I can’t say enough positive things about my service rep, Richard. He was extremely helpful throughout the process, keeping me informed of the progress and making sure I had a loaner vehicle while my truck was in the shop. His outstanding customer service is the reason why I will keep coming back to Jordan service department!
