Dropped off my car for an oil change the process was smooth and fast
Seemed disorganized when I arrived. When I picked up my SUV the guys were not directing incoming traffic. An older Grey haired Hispanic man was super grumpy and made me feel like an idiot. I might not bring my auto there again for service. Very displeased. He is a very unhappy person. He wore red shirt and really did nothing but stand around.
Thank you team toyota for making my first service seamless and stress-free. You have earned a loyal, happy customer, and I will absolutely be back for all my future services.
Excellent and fast service
