Went in for an oil change and recall notice. Over the air recall failed and had to leave the vehicle until part could be ordered and replaced. Service manager (Chris Jack) made sure that I was given a loaner vehicle. Joe mora handled the oil change and tire rotation. Everything was handled properly and professional.
Tire rotation was part of oil change package on pickup truck. TIRES WERE NOT ROTATED! AGAIN!

The experience that I had with Big Star Buick.G.M C was the worst experience I have ever had at a car dealership. From the time I dropped my vehicle off for repairs until the day I picked it up was the worst 21 days. No communications, no real updates and I got the feeling when I did speak with the service advisor that I was a bother. After working at a dealership for 32 years I hope that this is not how all dealership are going to be.
