The battery in my 2024 Dodge Durango died. Was not under warranty and my husband replaced it, but the car went into limp mode and started throwing all sorts of codes. Dealer got it in in a timely fashion. Still a bit confused as to why a less than one year-old battery would not be under warranty by dodge. However, the service technician was wonderful.
The recall from my turn signal was done in a timely manner and it works very well. Thank you very much.
With their new sales management, they are pulling out every little trick to try and get you to buy a vehicle! When I’m looking at dropping $75k on a truck, I don’t want to be forced into purchasing! So now I will never buy from them!
I’ve made several reviews regarding the excellent service that Gettel Chrysler provides and they continue to do so. I live 10 minutes from another Chrysler dealership and yet I still drive 40 minutes from Venice to Gettel Chrysler in Punta Gorda because of their service. I purchased two vehicles from Gettel Chrysler and also took out extended warranties.
