UPDATE: I continue to get excellent service from Ian Roberts and the entire Gatorland Toyota staff. My Toyota has been great (3 years) and I will definitely stay with this dealership for future service and purchases. I have been well taken care of at all of my visits by Ian Roberts and the service staff. I have only needed maintenance so far! The waiting area is large and comfortable coffee, great donuts and TV.
Customer service was ok but wanting to charge $397 to replace two light bulbs was price gouging. I bought new bulbs up the street and paid $49 and it took less than 10 minutes to replace. Safe to say I will not be back considering they charged me $150 just to tell me I had blown bulbs.
Was a perfect day for once. Gettel's team "done" me right. Had 95K tune-up on our Lexus 350 (No Lexus dealers GNV). Also had key-fob problems too. It was in good shape, though some details. Had an un-scheduled front-brake job while I was there. The time delay was affecting my appointment at the VA. Russ at the service desk had an Uber get me there on time. So all said and done, everything that was scheduled was DONE! (Including a fob- fix, too) Thanks Toyota!!
Went in for an oil change and came out with a new car. Absolutely in love with my new buy. Have been a customer for almost 17 years and had a wonderful experience with this buy!!!!
Went over and above to investigate a weird and potentially disastrous situation with my car. Probably prevented a lot of damage.
