Unprofessional, rude, overpriced, dishonest. I took my Tacoma in to get a diagnostic inspection. There was one problem I could hear, but besides that I'm getting ready to take it on a road trip. So I need a full understanding of safety and drivability. Corey was amazing ask for him in the service department!
The people were great. I had vehicle maintenance pop up on my car. I figured just on oil change seeing I only had the car a couple months. Apparently the dealership I got it from didn't do the needed services and I got stuck having to do them and was shell shocked at what it costed me.
