Mr. Ross at the Service Section was amazing, and so to was Mr. Tyler in the Parts Dept. All the work was done in three (3) hours. They are both professional, experienced, kind, and respectful in carrying out their duties. I take my car to this dealership in Gainesville, FL, because of the quality of service provided by the two guys mentioned above. I usually take it to Jacksonville, FL, because of their professional education across the board.
The service department is great. They keep you informed about thei progress on your vehicle weather new bumpers or simple oil change. Kendall Zelaya both is knowledgeable and kind. He is a great service representative.
Iliana always takes great care of me when I come in for service. Prompt, professional and friendly, as is all staff members I encounter.
