my service underwriter is great, but I just had my oil changed and they left off the hose to the manifold after checking the air filter for the 3rd time. My car started running rough and the check engine light came on. It makes me wonder how much attention they are paying to doing a good job when changing my oil. Also, it took 2.5 hours to change the pull and they're were very few customers there that day. I'll be looking for a new I'll change place.
People at every part of the process were very nice. It was great to have the uber ride available so I didn’t have to stay there for the entire time. Thank you!
Called to get answers why car wouldn't start and Nancy immediately helped start the car. She booked us an appointment and took us and we were out on our vacation within an hour.
