Dave is very professional and accommodating during the many years I have been bringing my car in for service. The other day, I had a 2 hour wait (new battery and oil change) so he said I could use the conference room for some work video calls. Dave is always courteous to all the customers, even the not so kind customers. I don’t know how he manages it but he does it effortlessly. Dave is an asset your service team.

Thorough, professional and done in a timely manner as always.
Once I explained the problems seen with the X5, Jose provided the explanation of the probable cause of the issues. One part of the problem was the recent recall for starter malfunctions. Even though the replacement parts were hard to find, the dealership obtained the parts in just two days. I was provided a loaner vehicle in the meantime. Excellent service and results.
