I had a flexible appointment. When I arrived, I was greeted and the service representative promptly checked my car in to check the air conditioner. He determined it was a setting I was using incorrectly. Problem solved! Since my oil was due for a change soon, he asked if I wanted to have it changed. I opted to go ahead with the oil change. I was in and out within the hour.
