After dealing with a number of other Jeep dealerships and having plenty of PTSD from it, the breathe of fresh air I received from my service advisor Alyssa E. was astounding. This woman deserves a raise! She went above and beyond with any and all communications and steps throughout the process. Oil and filter change... in and out, in 1 hour.
The service keeps getting worse and worse. I try to use the Jeep dealership for all my Jeep needs since I bought my 6th Jeep. I'm a big fan and believer in the Jeeps, but due to recent issues and experience with the lack of care from the dealership, it may be time for me to check out the new sporty Ford Broncos. My 2024 Jeep Wrangler Sport, which I now drive at 27,000 miles, has an engine issue. The dealership doesn't even seem concerned or trying to understand the problem, or at least trying to resolve it.
