Aside from the terrible service, it feels as though the men they hire must pass a misogyny certification program before interacting with their customers
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS - went in for a routine inspection. I mentioned I was taking my car on a road trip so wanted to make sure it was good to go (has less than 75,000 miles so no real reason it wouldn't be ready but wanted to be safe). They cleared it but half way through the trip our engine blew. We had to have our car towed over 1,000 miles and had to have an entire new engine put in ($12,000 for an entire new engine).
