The service keeps getting worse and worse. I try to use the Jeep dealership for all my Jeep needs since I bought my 6th Jeep. I'm a big fan and believer in the Jeeps, but due to recent issues and experience with the lack of care from the dealership, it may be time for me to check out the new sporty Ford Broncos. My 2024 Jeep Wrangler Sport, which I now drive at 27,000 miles, has an engine issue. The dealership doesn't even seem concerned or trying to understand the problem, or at least trying to resolve it. Got oil change and tire rotation. Service tech was very nice. Went on a Saturday afternoon and they got me in and out in no time. Nice waiting area with phone chargers.

As always these guys rock. Solve any issue I'm having communicate properly and are fast and efficient. Always in and out even when they are slammed
Brought my jeep in to get an oil leak fixed under warranty. The issues they diagnosed weren't even the actual issues and they refused to repair under warranty due to my jeep mods. I took it to another dealership and had it repaired under warranty with no issues. It's unfortunate I have to pass by this dealership to go to another for all my jeep work now.
