Thank you for checking the furnace. Living in California i didn't think our house had one. I always pictured the furnace being in a scary basement, like the one in Home Alone. Ours I found out is in the attic, who'd knew. Luis was very patient and informative on the furnace inspection. He explained in detail about the unit and what needed to be done to keep the unit functional. Thank you.
