First of all, I feel like I was somewhat pressured into signing with this company. I was told if they could do the work the very next day they would knock something off the price. It was my fault at this point that I jumped into a decision too soon. I had seen a lot of ads on TV for this company and thought they were reputable. Very quick, efficient and professional
They are doing work on our pipes. They didn't communicate with us they were going to turn off our. They said they would turn it back on in 30 minutes it took over an hour. They are not communicating with us when they are turning it off. The workers haven't told us if they will be finishing the job tomorrow or Monday. There is lack of communication with them.
