Though the price wasn't on the low end, the service was outstanding. The technicians who came to my home worked tirelessly for 11 hours till the install was complete. The energy in my home has risen, not the cost, the level of peace and positivity! The men, Stone and Raul, were respectful, very polite, personable, I hardly noticed they were here. Derek Alman must have thought we were dumb blonds! All we asked for was your 88.00 special. He came in and told us our furnace was leaking acid, our ducts were disconnected, and asked if we wanted the silver, gold, or presidential pkg! Didn't tell us what brand he was selling us. He charged 40,000 dollars. Yes, I cried, thought we were breathing in dangerous fumes. Thank God I spoke to a friend and was told how horrible your company is. How do you sleep at night?! I use Service Champions for all my plumbing and heating and A/C needs. The quality of work is superb. All the techs know their stuff. I had my annual heater inspection done today. Landon MacGill the technician did an outstanding job. Very knowledgeable and respectful. A/C nice and clean. Use of simple green cleaner eco friendly.
