I made an appointment 2 weeks ago for a specific date and time. My appointment was at 9 am and when I called at 11:45 they said they had called to cancel that morning but I had not received a phone call from their number that morning. I asked when they could come out next and they said two weeks from the date but I would get half off of the service. In this economy I don't mind helping out companies and have no problem paying the full amount for prompt, good and curtious customer service. I would never use this company and c... read more
