Ever since Stohlman Subaru left and the new company has taken over I have noticed the customer care drop. While the staff are nice the overall cost of service began rising before the tarrif and turmoil while the quality of my experience has dropped significantly. The customer call locations are now located offsite so they cannot speak to the other staff so good luck getting ahold of anyone. The techs or customer service staff are either to busy or...
