First time trying to service my Urus, first they put you on hold for 10 mins without a service advisor answering then they hang up. Tried calling around 4/5 times after that and no answer. Called Lambo Berverly Hills, immediate response and within 24hrs my Urus was picked up and 3 days later delivered back fully serviced. NB service really needs to step up their customer experience!
Dave is a great service advisor. He offered free transport and towing. Very appreciate the time and work they put on my service. Definitely recommend Newport Beach for service.
