horrible experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!! my mom ordered translation of 2 documents and was told to come next day to pick them up, she paid $30. Next day, when she came she was told that documents were not ready. She was unpleasantly surprised as she spent 1 hour and a half to get there. So, she asked to return her money.
