I went in months ago because my GPS wasn't working and it seems that it was an issue with an OnStar part, at the time it was on backorder and when they finally got it they never reached out. I went in a few weeks ago to follow up and they told me that they received the part but they shipped it back to Chevy because no one called me to get it replaced.
