Great service. Brought our new crosstrek wilderness in for its first oil change/ tire rotation. There was a mix up with the appointment and I offered to come back but Robert made it work and got me in right away.
I didn’t have the greatest first experience largely due to wait time, but my next experience was great! I believe the name was Matthew (the manager) who checked in and made sure it was a great experience- quick and thorough and gave me new windshield wipers as a bonus. They also gave a certificate for car wash since they don’t have one. Thank you!
